§ Mrs. Peggy Fenner, supported by Mr. Secretary Younger, Mr. Secretary Edwards, Mr. Michael Jopling, Mr. Peter Rees and Mr. John MacGregor presented a Bill to provide for payments to be made for the purpose of compensating persons, who are or have been registered in the direct sales register or a wholesale register maintained under the Dairy Produce Quotas Regulations 1984, for discontinuing milk production and to make provision in connection with payments to such persons whenever made: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow and to be printed.
