§ Mr. Christopher Murphy (Welwyn Hatfield)I beg to ask leave to present a petition signed by 2,000 residents of the Welwyn Hatfield constituency and neighbouring areas, who are registering their strong support for the campaign against torture organised by Amnesty International. My petitioners wish to see torture totally eradicated from the world.
