Wareing, and Mr. Chris Smith, presented a Bill to require ballots of shareholders of companies incorporated under the Companies Act 1948 in respect of proposed donations for political purposes; to define political purposes under this Act; to require political funds to be established for the payment of such donations; to specify the qualfications for receipt of such donations; and for purposes connected therewith: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 22 February and to be printed.
