Amendments made: No. 14, in page 16, line 2, leave out `is a member of the union at the appropriate time' and insert `satisfies the requirements of subsection (4) below'.

No. 15, in page 16, line 5, leave out subsection (4) and insert— '(4) The requirements are that—

  1. (a) he is a member of the union at the time when proceedings to enforce obedience to the order are begun; and
