§ Mr. ViggersI should point out that I have been told by my colleagues in the building industry, with which I have a connectiion, that clauses 38 and 39, as presently drafted, may result in some uncertainty. Had we discussed the matter in Committee, it would have been possible to point out that amendments Nos. 34, 35 and 36 dealt with that point. Although the matter has not been discussed, I hope that the point will be borne in mind in future.
