With this it will be convenient to take the following amendments: No. 241, in page 8, line 32, after 'made', insert 'inter partes'.

No. 242, in page 8, line 32, after 'constable', insert 'and supported by an information'.

No. 235, in page 8, line 37, after 'evidence', insert 'which will enable the person or persons responsible for the commission of that offence to be identified or will enable the particulars of the offence believed to have been committed by a particular person or persons to be identified.'.
