With the leave of the House, I shall put together the three Questions on the motions relating to the draft statutory instruments.

Ordered, That the draft Pedal Bicycles (Safety) Regulations 1983 be referred to a Standing Committee on Statutory Instruments, &c. That the draft Inter-American Development Bank (Sixth General Increase) Order 1983 be referred to a Standing Committee on Statutory Instruments, &c.
