Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to give effect to the Convention concerning International Carriage by Rail signed on behalf of the United Kingdom on 9th May 1980, it is expedient to authorise the payment into the Consolidated Fund of fees received by the Treasury for certificates issued in pursuance of that Act.—[Mr. Major.]
