Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purpose of any Act resulting from the Rating and Valuation (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of—

  1. (a) any administrative expenses of the Secretary of State under the Act; and
  2. (b) any increase attributable to the provisions of the Act in the sums payable out of moneys so provided under any other Act.—[Mr. David Hunt.]
