§ Mr. Secretary Jenkin, supported by Mr. Secretary Heseltine, Mr. Secretary Younger, Mr. Secretary Edwards, Mr. Secretary Fowler, Mr. Attorney-General and Mr. Neil Macfarlane, presented a Bill to make further provision with respect to the application to Crown land of the enactments relating to town and country planning; and to enable persons in occupation of land by virtue of a licence in writing to appeal against certain enforcement notices issued under those enactments: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow and to be printed.
