Secretary Sir Keith Joseph, supported by Mr. Secretary Whitelaw, Mr. Secretary Pym, Mr. Secretary Younger, Mr. Secretary Edwards, Mr. Leon Brittan, Dr. Rhodes Boyson, Mr. William Shelton, and Mr. William Waldegrave, presented a Bill to make provision with respect to the fees charged by universities and other institutions to students not having the requisite connection with the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and the exclusion of such students from eligibility for certain discretionary awards: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow and to be printed.
