Resolved, That any Act of the present Session to regulate the use of automatically processed information relating to individuals and the provision of services in respect of such information may—

  1. (a) require the payment of fees in connection with the registration under that Act of data users and persons carrying on computer bureaux; and
  2. (b) provide for the payment of those fees and of other sums into the Consolidated Fund.—[Mr. Major.]
