Ordered,
That, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (3) of Standing Order No. 73A (Standing Committees on Statutory Instruments, &c.), the proposed alterations to the Code No. 1 of the Codes of Recommendations for the Welfare of Livestock, relating to cattle, be referred to a Standing Committee on Statutory Instruments, &c.
