Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Ordered, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make further provision with respect to the rights of secure tenants in England and Wales and, in connection therewith, to amend the objects of certain housing associations and housing trusts and to amend the law of England and Wales relating to the supervision of building work, the building regulations and building control, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (1) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of the administrative expenses of the Secretary of State under that Act and any increase attributable to that Act in the sums so payable under any other enactment;
  2. (2) the payment out of or into the National Loans Fund or the Consolidated Fund of any increase attributable to that Act in the sums so payable under any other enactment.—[Mr. Lang.]
