§ Mr. Neil MartenIn the current financial year we expect to spend about £31,000 on technical co-operation. In 1983–84 such expenditure is expected to increase substantially.
§ Mr. FoulkesDoes the Minister agree that Rwanda is a key non-Commonwealth African country? Will he ensure that there is a substantial increase in aid to Rwanda, which has great potential for good relations with the United Kingdom?
