I beg to move amendment No. 4, in page 13, line 1 leave out `respective'.

§ The Solicitor-General for Scotland
The purpose of these minor drafting amendments is to make it clear that the new Scottish jurisdictional rules introduced by part III relate only to territorial jurisdiction and have no effect on the competence of either the Court of Session or the sheriff court.
