I beg to move amendment No. 11 in page 19, line 19, after 'not', insert `(except as mentioned in paragraph (c))' This amendment is of a purely drafting nature. It makes it clear that subsection (2)(a) is subject to subsection (2)(c). I shall be happy to give a fuller explanation if hon. Members wish, but for the time being I am content merely to move the amendment.
