Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 97 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949, section 9 of the Local Government Act 1966 and section 8 of the Local Employment Act 1972 and to amend section 89 of the said Act of 1949 and section 16 of the Welsh Development Agency Act 1975, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (1) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—
    1. (a) grants in respect of relevant expenditure as defined in the said Act of the present Session;
    2. (b) any administrative expenses of the Secretary of State under that Act;
    3. (c) any increase attributable to that Act in the sums payable out of such money under any other Act;
  2. (2) any increase attributable to the said Act of the present Session in the sums payable out of or into the Consolidated Fund or the National Loans Fund under any other Act.—[Mr. Lang.]
