Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to authorise the Southern Water Authority to construct works and to acquire lands, to regulate the use of vessels and houseboats on certain parts of the river Medway, to confer further powers on the Southern Water Authority, and for other purposes, it is expedient to authorise any increase in the sums payable out of money provided by Parliament under section 90 of the Land Drainage Act 1976.—[Mrs. Fenner.]
