§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithI am delighted that the industry itself, through the new bacon charter scheme that is about to be launched, is taking the initiative to bring home to the British housewife the high quality and general availability of good British bacon. It is something that we are supporting and I hope that it will receive the support of the British public in the knowledge that they will get a reliable and good quality product on the British breakfast table to eat with the good British egg.
