I beg to move amendment No. 23, in page 8, line 42, at end insert— '(bb) whether a payment falls to be made to an employer in accordance with those regulations;'

With this amendment we shall take Government amendment No. 24.

The amendments are not quite technical but simply make a logical tidying up of the Bill. I hope that the House will be content to accept them as such.
