Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to provide for the registration, inspection and conduct of certain homes and other institutions for the accommodation of children in the care of local authorities, it is expedient to authorise any increase attributable to the Act in the sums payable under any other Act out of money provided by Parliament—[Mr. Brooke.]
