Lords amendment: No. 7, in page 21, line 22, at end insert— (7) In this Part any reference to Great Britain includes a reference to the territorial waters of the United Kingdom adjacent to Great Britain.

With this, we shall discuss Lords amendment No. 14.

The amendments ensure that the Act will extend to territorial waters. Because of recent legislation, there was doubt and we are now removing that doubt.
