That, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1 of Standing Order No. 18 (Business of Supply), the second part of the 22nd allotted day may be proceeded with this day and, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 3 (Exempted business) and Standing Order No. 18 (Business of Supply), if proceedings on the Motion relating to European Communities Budget have not been disposed of by half-past Two o'clock, Mr. Speaker shall put forthwith any Questions necessary to dispose of them.—[Mr. Cope.]
