With this we may take Lords amendments Nos. 200 to 204.

The amendments effect minor changes to schedule 4. They make two additions to the exemptions from street trading controls where there are, or will be by virtue of the Bill, alternative statutory controls, and they extend the requirement for consultations with interested corporations before streets are designated under the schedule.

The amendments also increase the height, but not the ground area, of newsvendors' stalls that may be exempted from the street trading controls.
