§ That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, That she will be graciously pleased to give directions that there will be laid before this House a Return of a Home Office statement on the background, circumstances and action subsequently taken relative to the disturbance in 'D' Wing at Her Majesty's Prison Wormwood Scrubs on 31 August 1979; together with the Report of an Inquiry by the Regional Director of the South East Region of the Prison Department.—[Mr. Mayhew.]
