§ Mr. Clement Freud (Isle of Ely)On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. I am privileged to live within the area in which the Vote is delivered early in the morning. There is a problem, I believe, with the printing of the Vote, but I feel that the delivery of yesterday's Vote today, with the attendant delivery expenditure, should be considered.
