Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to authorise the Secretary of State to acquire certain land and construct and carry out certain works, and to confer on him certain other powers, for or in connection with the construction, maintenance and improvement of a tunnel which he is authorised under the Highways Act 1980 to construct across the Conwy Estuary as part of a special road, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any expenditure incurred by the Secretary of State under the said Act of the present Session.—[Mr. Cope.]
