Amendment made: No. 65, in page 76 leave out lines 4 to 7 and insert— (6) A person who is a party to an agreement to which section 62 of this Act applies shall be under an obligation to notify each other party to the agreement, in writing, of his current address—

  1. on his first becoming subject to the requirements of this section; and
  2. on any change in his address occurring after that time and while he is still subject to those requirements.'—[Mr. Peter Rees.]
