Ordered,
That, at this day's sitting, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 4 (Prayers against statutory instruments, &c. (negative procedure)), the Motions relating to Town and Country Planning may be proceeded with, though opposed, until half-past Eleven o'clock or for one and a half hours after the first of them has been entered upon, whichever is the later, and Mr. Speaker shall then put any Question necessary to dispose of proceedings thereon, if not previously concluded.—[Mr. Brooke.]
