Amendment made: No. 15, in page 15, line 29, leave out from 'section 6' to the end of line 30 and insert 'for the words"under this section" in the second place where they occur there shall be substituted the words"under this subsection", and after that subsection there shall be inserted— (5A) If any sea fish are—

  1. (a) trans-shipped into a vessel in contravention of an order under this section; or
  2. (b) trans-shipped from a vessel in contravention of such an order, the master, the owner and the charterer (if any) of the vessel shall each be guilty of an offence under this subsection.".'.—[Mr. Buchanan-Smith.]
