That, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (4) of Standing Order No. 73A (Standing Committees on Statutory Instruments, & c.), the Chairman shall put any Question necessary to dispose of proceedings on the Customs Duties (Quota Relief) (Paper, Paperboard and Printed Products) Order 1980, if not previously concluded, when the Committee shall have sat for two and a half hours.—[Mr. Pym.]
