Lords amendment: No. 5, in page 12, line 28, at end Insert— and (c) for subsection (3) there shall be substituted— (3) Without prejudice to the genarality of subsection (5) of section 1 and subsection (5) of section 9 of this Act, an order under either of those sections may vary or revoke an order under subsection (2) of this section.". 4A. At the end of section 12(1) of that Act there shall be inserted the words "and the order imposing the levy shall make provision as to the time within which such an appeal may be made".
