§ Mr. Gerry Neale presented a Bill to exempt domestic and commercial premises without any mains water or mains drainage services provided by the appropriate local water authority from being charged water and drainage rates and to regulate the method of charging general and water rates on small business premises used partly as residential premises: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow and to be printed.
