With this we may take Lords amendments Nos. 2, 3, 40, 41 and 76.

Mr. Baker

These are drafting amendments to ensure that all references to transfer of property, rights and liabilities under the Bill are phrased in the same way. They remove a number of minor inconsistencies in the language of the Bill.
