Mr. Deputy Speaker

I understand that motions 11 to 18 are to be debated together.

Mr. English

I was hoping that the Leader of the House would wish to explain the motions.

Mr. St. John-Stevas

Would it be for the convenience of the House if we took them separately? They do not have all that much in common.

Mr. Deputy Speaker

I am the servant of the House. If it is the wish of the House to take them separately, so be it.

Mr. St. John-Stevas
