Lords amendment: No. 97, in page 79, line 21, after "drains" insert "sewers"

I beg to move, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said amendment.

With this it will be convenient to take Lords amendments Nos. 98 and 206.

Mr. Fox

These amendments will together provide the Land Authority for Wales with the power to requisition sewers from the water authority. These would be sewers for the domestic drainage of buildings to be erected on development sites by subsequent owners or developers.
