Lords amendment: No. 178, in page 147, line 41, at end insert— (bb) the reclamation, improvement or laying out of land;".

These amendments clarify the definitions in the schedule of prescribed expenditure. The amendments are self-explanatory in regard to the reclamation, improvement or laying out of land and the other items that are covered in this respect.
