With this we may take Lords amendments Nos. 36 to 41.

These amendments, which either stem from the drafting of the Bill or are consequential upon other provisions that have been introduced, deal with the commencement provisions for part V and certain of the amendments and repeals in schedule 29 and part VII of schedule 30. They are all of a technical nature.
