§ Lords amendments considered.
3.52 pm§ The Secretary of State for the Home Department (Mr. William Whitelaw)I understand, Mr. Speaker, that it might be for the convenience of the House if all the amendments on the fourth channel in Wales were taken together. I think that they all raise the same point. I hope that the House will agree that that is the best way to proceed. If the House agrees, Mr. Speaker, I should like to refer to all the amendments concerned at the start.
§ Mr. SpeakerI think that it will probably be for the advantage of the House if we take together the following Lords amendments: No. 1, No. 2 to No. 11, No. 15 to No. 17, No. 26 to No. 30, and Nos. 33 and 34.
§ Mr. WhitelawThank you, Mr. Speaker. I am grateful to the House.
