That, at this day's sitting, Standing Order No. 3 (Exempted business) shall apply to the Motion relating to the draft Upholstered Furniture (Safety) Regulations 1980 with the substitution of Twelve o'clock or two hours after it has been entered upon, whichever is the later, for the provisions in paragraph 1(b) of the Standing Order.—[Mr. Wakeham].
