' Appointment of persons to conduct inquiries
In section 19, in subsection (1), the words "(who may or may not be a member of the Corporation's staff)" are hereby repealed; and after subsection (1) there is inserted the following subsection—
(1A) No person who is, or at any time has been, a member of the Corporation's staff shall be appointed to conduct an inquiry under subsection (1) above.".'.—[Mr. Hesel-tine.]
