I beg to move amendment No. 249, in page 71, line 36, leave out from 'to' to 'made' in line 37 and insert 'any transaction or arrangement (whether or not constituting a contract)'. The amendment has the effect of extending the disclosure requirement in section 199 of the 1948 Act so as to require directors to disclose their interests in all types of transactions and arrangements.
