§ Mr. RifkindI beg to move amendment No. 235, in page 46, line 3, after ' 65.' insert
'Subject to the transitional provisions contained in this Act,'.This amendment is a technical change to the paving clause for schedule 5. It is necessary to keep alive certain existing provisions which are not to be repealed until replacement provisions in the Bill have been brought into effect.
