§ Mr. RifkindI beg to move amendment No. 120, in page 25, line 3, leave out from ' by ' to first ' of ' in line 6 and insert :
'a person who has succeeded him in the tenancy or by the spouse of such a person,'.This is a purely drafting amendment which condenses the wording following the acceptance of an Opposition amendment in Committee.
