§ Mr. SpeakerI have a brief statement to make. On 24 March, the last occasion on which EEC documents were debated, points of order were raised about the nonavailability of a certain document that had been referred to, although not actually quoted, by a Minister.
I have given further consideration to this matter and now rule that a Minister is free to quote from an EEC document only if it has been made available in the Vote Office at least two hours before the beginning of the debate.
