1234 This is purely a consolidation measure, consolidating certain enactments relating to solicitors and notaries public in Scotland, and is intended to make no change in the existing law. I commend the Bill to the House as a useful measure which re-enacts in a readily accessible and clearly set out form a number of existing Acts. I am confident that it will be of great use to all those involved in Scotland.
