§ Mr. William SheltonOn a point of order, Mr. Speaker. May I draw your attention to Question Time, and the balance between questions on foreign affairs and those on the EEC? If I am right, 13 questions out of the 46 questions tabled on foreign affairs were answered. That is less than one-third. However, 100 per cent. of the questions on the EEC were answered. Might it not be to the benefit of the House if we were to change that proportion?
§ Mr. SpeakerI believe that the proportion has been changed at the request of other hon. Members. The fact that only 13 questions on foreign affairs were answered is no indication of what happened. Every time that I moved on, several hon. Members rose to their feet seeking to be called.
