I beg to move amendment No. 332, in page 196, line 10, leave out from 'provision' to 'or' in line 12 and insert 'for an urban development area of services which would not otherwise be provided, or which would not otherwise be satisfactorily provided.'. This is merely a technical amendment. The reference to this Part of this Act in line 12 of the existing version of paragraph 18 is ambiguous.
