§ Mr. John Fraser, supported by Mr. John Tilley, Mr. Arthur Davidson, Mr. R. C. Mitchell and Mr. James Well-beloved, presented a Bill to amend the Food and Drugs Act 1955 and the Food and Drugs (Control of Food Premises) Act 1976: to make all food premises subject to registration and control; to enable the court to prohibit persons from engaging in activities giving rise to registration; and for connected purposes: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow.
